As long as he is played as a central defender and not out wide !
Despite the fact that CS is using (has to use ?) the loan system to build a team for his short term objective of keeping us in the league, I'm quite impressed that he managing to keep some continuity going, and finding players who want to be here.

My only slight worry is how much does the playing of loan players stymie the development of our own decent young players. It may be a necessary evil for this season but I would be disappointed if this was a long term strategy.

I'm all for bringing in loanees if they are realistic transfer targets (e.g. Watt, Torres, Uwezu) to have a look at them and see if they can adapt to this level but when they are more than likely players who would not come down to this level at this stage of their careers (Baker, Saunders, Herd) on a permanent basis then it can only be a short term fix. What, for example, do Moses Swaibu (a decent prospect) and Danny Hone (a very good prospect just a year ago) think of this move.
