Re: "Supporter" Directors

Isn't it time we stopped using this phrase to describe those on the board who are representatives of the Trust?
They are not "fan" representatives as there is no "fan representation" per se on the board of the Football Club. Both are members of the a business organisation called the Supporters Trust, which as we know does not represent even a majority of the fans of Lincoln City Football Club. Both members also have no remit whatsoever to serve those people who have not joined or are lapsed members of the Trust.
Is it these sort of things that the Trust will not tell you. What have they got to hide?

What a strange post.

The Supporters Trust is a fans organisation, it is represented on the board of the club, why not call those representatives supporter directors?

Not every fan is a member of the Trust (all fans have the right to join however) but I am not aware that either supporter director has ever refused to discuss club matters with any fan who has approached them, trust member or not.

The Trust is a business organisation now is it? That's very strange, I'm not sure I recognise that description and you don't provide any basis for the claim.

Are you quite alright Honest? You seem to have anger management issues. I hope that you are finding ranting on this board useful therapy and that you get well soon.
