Keith Roe's letter (page 51) says "Few clubs with around a £3m turnover contemplate the necessity for a director of football." Very interesting reading, surely they both can't be wrong!! Inexperience of the Board has now cost the Club thousands of pounds in compensation and little chance of success this season. New blood and experience is urgently needed on the Board if we are to move forward and achieve the aspirations of 2010.
