Rumours abound that Matt Green and Ollie Palmer have both signed on the dotted line this week-end.

Also hearing that Jordan Maguire-Drew from Brighton, who spent last season on loan at Dagenham & Redbridge has joined on a season-long loan as well as Burnley's Josh Ginelly.

If true, that would be a pretty amazing quartet to have signed.

Hopefully some defenders very short of cover at the back.
Rumours of 8 players signing tomorrow.
Billy Knott joining too.

That makes no sense whatsoever as tomorrow is not the end of June or even today as it is now. Also players out of contract at the end of June have been able to talk to other clubs since January and sign pre contract agreements. Only players in contract would require us to be cagey and even then we have been told 2 offers have been accepted. Terms would need to be agreed with the players however.

Matt Green signed on 2 year deal, played with Rhead, ripped us apart in the past for Mansfield. Great first signing.

I agree. One down, how many to go?

Another very good acquisition. It's going to be a bit congested up top next season!!

Yet more very good news. I also understand that Billy Knott has signed and that we have also acquired Jerrell Sellars from Aston Villa; he used to be on our youth books before moving to Villa Park in 2012. He is another forward player.

We will certainly have a very attack-minded squad next season. Maybe the Cowleys are wanting another 100+ goals next time around. Be very good if that happened!

Interesting times. The true judgement will have to be based on the full squad, but the strength of each individual looks impressive.

Given how many players have played for both sides, the final Mansfiled/Lincoln tally in who chose the best striker will be interesting too.

More to follow folks!!!
Sounds like we've upped our top end wage to secure Green and upping the likes of Woodyard and Raggett to keep them here a bit longer by offering them new deals.

Another quality signing from the Cowleys get this lad fitter and slimmer and we'll have a cracking player.
