Get me on the board. Then the board couldn't be accused of not talking to the fans,as NOONE would want to talk to me.......

Join the Trust and stand, Mighty, you might just be suprised by how many votes you'd get.

*Sh|t, did I really just suggest that?*

A big fat ZERO I should think.

Mighty, I don't think that I know you personally, but I would vote for you, if only because of the many sensible things you say on here, and also because you have a wicked sense of humour!!!

We've got (another) new manager. Will he be a very good manager? I do hope so.

Communication has been the main problem area for the board since Rob left. To be fair Rob was extremely good (talented in fact) at using the media and general PR. It was a tough act to follow. As you say, hopefully these areas are being addressed: David B has the right sort of qualities to communicate.

Rob was brilliant (I know thats one of his favourite words too!) and the club and the Trust lost a hell of a lot when he stepped down. He is a natural in his work with the media and the fans and even advised me outside a fish shop on Newark Road when I bumped into him when I was having "difficulties" with certain individuals involved within the club and trust!

David Beck has always had it tough to follow him but Rob is and will always be a one off.

The Trust should be about having different attitudes and opinions, perhaps it would shake things up and be a big plus for representation to have someone on board like yourself Mighty.

Another hit-and-run post by HonestImp, who loves starting threads with baseless nonsense, but then never joins in again, or answers any of the questions put to him. I think we can all draw our own conclusions about what sort of person that makes him, frankly.

Can I suggest we take Redckanger's advice and ignore his posts from now on?

And what are those "conclusions"?
You are very good at the personal abuse Mr Forever, yet you yourself have nothing to say. Unfortunately my views aren't based on being servile or sycophantic. Are yours? I enjoy reading the responses, is that a crime?

Impsforever is one of the most consistent posters on this forum, and abusive he isn't. I was Admin on this forum for over a year, and not once had to send him a PM for his behaviour or manner toward others. IMO his views are well respected and based on his knowledge of football and the workings of the club. I think that your accusation that he is good at personal abuse and has nothing to say is way out of order.

Seems like he really could make it!

Go on, Mighty, you know you want to! After all, Impfan (aka Dean) does have a valid point - you are a very well-respected poster on this fine message board!

How could you vote for me?You refused to renew your membership due to the rise in season ticket prices.

To be fair, I think most people knew you hadn't renewed your membership, you did mention it once or twice or thrice...

Quite right, BJM. Which also goes to prove that I am not a 'Trust' person, but am an independent!

My vote for Mighty would therefore be merely theoretical but my meaning is the same!

That's very kind oldimpfanman, but I guess if I'm honest (even though I feel I'm not abusive, as you say), I can be a little "combative" sometimes. Still, I'd like to think I can take it as well.
