Ran for the Adam Gibbons Sports Foundation myself. Did it in 64 minutes, which am very pleased with as i did next to no training! Certainly feeling the effects now though!

I'm now in training for my next run...

I'm running in the Great Eastern Run 2008 - In peterborough..

Which is a half marathon(13.1miles..)

Raising money for the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit in the Queens Medical Centre..

Basically the reason for running for that cause, is that the girl that comes with us to every game.. Is currently in the QMC suffering Kidney failure.. So i thought i'd do it for her..

Good for you, Chopper. Having failed to manage to sponsor you for the last one, I'll have another bash if you set a page up for it.

I didn't sponsor Chopper for the last one because cancer has affected us personally, we already donate to that charity on a monthly basis. Will sponsor the next one

Likewise, I sponsored someone with a cause closer to our family.

Next time will donate something to Chopper.

Just a thought that you might raise more if you combine QMC with a Lincoln based charity. But of course it's your call. Well done.

Changed my mind of sponsors.. It would be too hard to set up a fundraising thing online for the QMC, as i'd have to go through the main area of the qmc to clear it..

So i'm now running for Kids Kidney Research

I've just been looking through my work discount card booklet, and theres a thing in there that says "Raise and we'll match"

They will pay up to £750 to my charity..

I've applied, so if this comes out then ive broke £2000!!!
