A game where one side took two of the very few chances it created.

City, playing the better passing football failed to deliver in front of goal. From the 5th minute when Brown, one on one with the keeper, allowed the ball to get to far ahead of him, you just thought it's going to be one of those nights.

Possession football is all very well when you are winning but someone in the middle needs to drive forward in to the box and put the ball in the net. There were pleny of crosses but only one produced a clear goal bound header (from Kovaks).

Defensively we were ok apart from going to sleep after a quickly taken free kick. This one opportunity was leapt on by their forward who buried his shot in the back of the net.

The big question remains where is the next goal coming from and who will score it?

The players are playing "pass the banjo" at the moment.

Give Graham & Wright a run with LJL & Patulea as subs, with DNG & Brown as wingers in 442. Stick with it until Christmas. See what happens.

He is certainly give those in the team plenty of chances. I keep expecting changes and very little happens.

Something needs to give very soon.

Something has to change, as this clearly in't working anymore. How many minutes of League football without a goal now?

Our last League goal was N'Guessan in the 14th minute against Gillingham.

Does that make it 436 minutes...?

That's a lot of pressure on your defence and goalkeeper!!

While understandable very occasionally - certainly not something you want to make a habit of...
