It would seem a little strange to redevelope the South Park stand, before the South Park access is confirmed, unless of course the new 'stand' would still be functional as a business centre, even if the rest of the ground disappeared!

Anyway, it looks good and if successful could bring in additional revenue and potential new investment to the club.

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses.

Hit it.

The article seems to indicate that the South Park Stand developement will go ahead, but the Echo stand developement is dependent on the access from south park

"The Cathedral View Business Centre is an important first step in achieving this goal" is a direct quote from the OS.

How can it possibly be a "Cathedral View" when the windows so obviously face in the opposite direction to the Cathedral? Or has my brain gone doolally?

We've got (another) new manager. Will he be a very good manager? I do hope so.

My thoughts entirely. I'm guessing the exec boxes will have a Cathedral view...

I would like to see a view from the otherside before I comment. It looks to me like they will be extending the non football side whilst leaving the football side alone. But anything that brings in additional revenue and allows us to stay in our spiritual home and to redevelop the Echo Stand has to be good.

I would like to see a comprehensive cost / benefit analysis of redevelopment of Sincil Bank versus a new stadium. As far as I am aware, this exercise has never been undertaken.

I'd like to see any new stand built in sTorpully new safe materials but to the exact design of the old wooden South Park Stand. I remember my first visit there - we beat Newport County 4-1 (John Ward got two, John Fleming and somebody else scored) and it was the day that Rag Trade won the Grand National...

It's beginning to feel like it was that long ago we heard the three words "Lincoln City Four" all appearing together...

Great idea, I also think we need to get the access from South Park organised before we go ahead with any refurbishment or redevelopment.

I noticed from the club accounts that the last time the various parts of SB were valued was back in the early 90s. i would certainly like to see a comprehensive revaluation of the whole site.

Indeed. In fact the double width, middle one has an excellent view of the cathedral.
