It would appear to me that this ??? on Vital probably had fore sight as the club were dilly dallying about signing Patulea and looking at things after tonight he is top scorer and ??? wanted to join the Trust Board but wasn't a member long enough!
If I am mistaken I apologise, but in all other sports you can own a race horse, a race boat, formula one car etc, and in other countries a footballer, but this guy just wanted to buy a player and offer him back to the club, seems a sensible ploy to me, with no comeback on the club, but he appears to have vision!

He is also a nice bloke - based only on evidence gleaned from a messageboard. Yes he did moot the possibility of a boycott but that was on the back of one of the most abject performances of the season and a lot of us were extremely peed off at that point and made some off the cuff remarks that would not have been made at other times - on the internet though they remain for all to see and are not as disposable as most off the cuff remarks are - thus they come back to haunt.

Not sure that Sheffield United fans would view "third-party ownership" as being visionary! Incidentally, the proposed Patulea deal was a "lease" arrangement: see here.

Tevez was also loaned back, how much has that cost West Ham....I think you will find out you cannot do that in football. I stand to be corrected. And no issue with ??? by the way who was doing it for all the right reasons!

Possibly a lease agreement could have worked both ways, if succesful well both parties benefit, if unsuccessfull well ??? loses out? But no one including the club at the time appear to be willing to gamble!

Read the Echo article linked in my previous post. It's against Football League rules.

OK smartbotty that should have read leaseback, I think we all know the Tevez situation and the fact a third party owned his registration (still does?) and LEASED him to West Ham.....sorry mate trying to make sure you understand my post!

Are you ????

I was merely asking whether ??? was the same person. I wasn't questioning the man's intentions or anything, just curious to see if it was the same person.

If I'm a child that means you're a pedophile, and I'll be damned if I'm going stand here and take this from a pervert.

Football has its own set of rules, the preferred creditor being one, don't get me started on that!

Not knowing The Thinker myself personally it would still appear this is an individual with an agenda, and whether by tact or luck has achieved his/her initial objective of getting the current Trust Board to either publically resign or seek re-election via use of the internet!
I await their further postings with interest as I am sure so do many others?

Which hopefully will challenge the status quo.
