The greatest debut goal in Imps history. Malcolm Dunkley's 30+ yard effort against Cambridge United in a 3-0 victory at the Bank. Poor old Malcolm, didn't last long at City and, sadly, died very young a few years ago.

Also 7 years since a cracking 4-1 win at Carlisle with Keith's team at their best and a great goal from Gainy. I was in the Director's Box at Brunton Park that night and it got a bit tasty as we were celebrating a great and unexpected win and the locals were trying to climb the walls to get to us.

Remember both games well.

Lovely goals in that 4-1 win. Snow round the ground, we arrived not even sure it would be on. Only 41 Imps fans I think, and absolutely freezing, but the sort of game that makes it all worthwhile.
