This is it folks! I reckon about seven points from the last eight should be enough to keep us up. More would be ideal, of course, and I'm hoping we will do better than that but we have some tough games coming up.

If we do make it I think we'll all owe CS a big thank you. He's made mistakes and no doubt will make them in the future but if he does manage it that's a good way to start your fledgling career as a Manager given the terrible state we were in when he took over.

I think 6 points will be enough. But yes, CS has done OK so far and I'm looking forward to next season.

I can see us getting a win at Cheltenham next week to really put us safe, especially if the cods don't beat Northampton Friday which is also on the cards.

If Northampton play like yesterday, Grimsby have some hope of getting a result, given that their home form is passable, and every now and again they manage a clean sheet.
