Nothing, mate. I just used your post to create a wonky thread for spimps to rectify. He did it. SuperMod is my new nick-name for him!!

We've got (another) new manager. Will he be a very good manager? I do hope so.

If the worst happens and Grimsby are relegated I am sure that both clubs will miss the Derby and a few quid as well. As others have said we are not safe ourselves yet although one win and two more drawn games might, dependent on others, be enough.

In the past we have often turned in a better performance against the top teams - Rochdale was a recent example, only the second club to get a draw there - and let us all hope we can do it again.

46 is the rumoured the safety level this season.

I don't think either of the bottom two will get to 46. Grimsby would have to win 5 of their remaining 7 games 4 of which are away. They have won just 5 all season. I really can not see them getting 5 wins from these remaining matches. I am not saying it is impossible, but even on their reasonably good run of late they are still 5th from bottom on current form over the last 8 games. I guess we will have a much clearer picture tomorrow evening at 5-00pm. For the record I want Grimsby to go down. The derby against them is not the financial match it used to be. If the team are doing well gates will be up next season with no derby as such to speak of.
